sanitary tee fitting galvanised water pipe fittings Malleable Iron Tee
Leyon takes pride in its part in making the world a better place. We thrive on the challenge, and appreciate the role we play in enabling our customers to construct those structures, utilities and pipelines that we sometimes take for granted.
Our Production Processing for malleable pipe fittings
The equipments from DISA Denmark, DJ AMF Japan, SINTOKOGIO Japan widely used in our malleable iron socket productline, ensures the stability of product quality.
We use spectrometer from Oxford Instruments to check the material's quality.
We use high heat value natural gas annealing furnace, strictly control the annealing process, improve the physical properties of the materials.
Each pipe fitting tee after air tightness test, ensure no leakage.
1/8”~8”The pipe fittings have outlets ranging from 1/8” through 8”.
Strictly control the size of the thread, to ensure accuracy.
Smooth surface without any sand hole on malleable pipe fittings
zinc coating’s average thickness of malleable pipe fittings
is higher than 86 um, which is specified in ASME, EN(70um), DIN(70um) and SI(78um).

What’s the different of ductile iron , gray iron and malleable cast iron ?
The characteristic of ductile iron is very tough, graphite is in the form of a ball.
The feature of gray iron is very brittle , graphite is in the form of strip .
The particularity of malleable cast iron is graphite is a group of flocculent tiles .
So the ductile iron is hardest , malleable cast iron is harder than gray iron .
Why the the toughness of them is different ?
The big reason is time of annealing . If it annealing long time , then the cost also is higher and the quality also is better.
