Main element of Factory HEX bushing
The equipments from DISA Denmark, DJ AMF Japan, SINTOKOGIO Japan widely used in our Factory HEX bushing product line, ensures the stability of product quality.
Spectrometer from oxford instruments is adopted to examine the quality of the material of Factory HEX bushing.
The annealing process and physical performance have been strictly controlled by the gas annealing furnace of high heat value.
After air-tightness test,each bushing will be in the condition of no leakage.
Command the calibre of the thread,parallelism,angle,tooth type grimly,and every pipe fitting union need examination.
From 4x3’’ through 8X6”,the outlet size of pipe fitting is optional.
Long use life depends on the great toughness.
Sand hole doesn’t exist in the smooth surface.
Beyond the standard zinc coating thickness of ASME,EN,DIN and SI,our products can be trustworthy.
