How about the leyon malleable cast iron's quality ?
We have 26 steps of process during producing the products ,over 6 steps of checking .
Firstly : Checking the scrap steel , the wP content should not be very high , the wP in malleable
cast iron should be lower than 0.1% . If it is very high , the malleable cast iron will break easily .
Secondly: Examing roughcast
Thirdly: Checked the cooked rough
Fourth: Destructive testing
Fifth: hot galvanized testing
Sixth: check the products
We do this just to make sure the quality of the products are good .

What’s malleable cast iron ?
Malleable cast iron is produced from white cast iron, which is made from hot liquid iron with certain chemical components. The white cast iron needs to be treated by malleablizing, such as graphitizing or oxidation and decarbonization, then its metallographic structures or chemical components will be changed, so can become into malleable cast iron.
