Why the malleable cast iron from leyon is much expensive than others?
We have 26 steps of process during producing the products ,over 6 steps of checking .
Firstly : Checking the scrap steel , the wP content should not be very high , the wP in malleable cast iron should be lower than 0.1% . If it is very high , the malleable cast iron will break easily .
Secondly: Examing roughcast
Thirdly: Checked the cooked rough
Fourth: Destructive testing
Fifth: hot galvanized testing
Sixth: check the products
We do this just to make sure the quality of the products are good
