Firstly about the raw material:
Kanaif uses good scrap steel , it cost higher than others , nearly over extra 100 to 200 yuan per tone . Kanaif adopts large pieces of coke, low sulfur, high calorie . Kanaif uses” Nyrstar A-Z Z1’ Zinc ingots
Secondly about the process of production :
Smelting: Adopting electric stove and blast furnace double smelting, can control the ingredient and temperature well .
Testing : We test the molten iron by examples , spectrometer spectrometry and manual inspection.
Mixed sand: Use DISA Denmark system
Annealing: The temperature is controlled by computer exactly
Pickled: automatic pickling system
Packing: Use high quality double woven bag , packing few and easy to transport .
The labor cost is higher
Becaue kanaif need more people to check the products in many processes. Like 1. after broken box , 2.raw blank inspection , 3. cooked rough inspection ,4. after hot galvanized inspection , 5. before the machine inspection , 6. Products inspection 7. Inspection before packing
